Hmm well I thought I would make a post everyday stating the stats that I keep track of daily.
AM weight: 132.6
Nutritional Caloric Intake Should be around 1900-2400 cals
Ate (and kept down):
1/2 cup Fiber One Cereal (60 cals)
1/2 cup skim milk (45 cals)
1 small banana (90 cals)
I will eat 1 bag of light popcorn (240 cals)
Total: 435 cals
I ate & purged hot chocolate, some cookies, and a soda
I walked a little more than 3 miles.
I guess I will post my nighttime weights the next day...
guess thats all for now

ehh not eating much... i wish my body thought so I dont lose very much (yeah I know my body is fighting it).
